Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery Time

    Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

    • Processing Time: 3-7 business days

    • Shipping Time:

      • USA: 8-20 business days

      • Rest of the world: 10-20 business days

  2. Note: Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to invalid addresses, customs clearance, or other factors.

  3. Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs depend on:

    • The shipping method selected

    • The destination country

    • The number of items, total weight, and package size

  4. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order via the "Track My Order" section. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to activate.

  5. Peak Seasons and Delays

    Processing times may be affected by:

    • Peak seasons

    • Sales events

    • Weather conditions

    • Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA) shipments

  6. Split Shipments

    Orders may arrive in separate packages due to:

    • Items being on backorder

    • Weight restrictions imposed by postal services

  7. Unclaimed Orders

    We are not responsible for packages returned due to refusal, unclaimed status, or incorrect/insufficient addresses.

  8. Wrong Address

    If an incorrect address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. This may delay delivery. Customers are responsible for reshipment fees. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

  9. Lost Shipments

    If your shipment is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days. We will either resend the item or issue a refund.
