RaftelLand Refund & Return Policy

At RaftelLand, we strive to deliver a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This policy is designed to balance fairness and efficiency for our valued customers while ensuring transparency. Below are the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations:

  1. CANCELLATION AND ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

1.1. Order Adjustments
You may modify your order details (e.g., shipping address or product variant) within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@raftelland.com.

  • If the adjustment increases the order value, the difference must be paid within 48 hours of our confirmation. If payment is not received, the order will proceed with the original details.

  • If the adjustment decreases the order value, no refund will be issued for the price difference.

1.2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement, subject to a non-refundable processing fee.

  • Cancellations after 6 hours are not allowed, except for cases involving incorrect or incomplete order information. If your order cannot be processed or delivered due to such issues, we will notify you, and a partial refund may be issued after deducting incurred costs.

 


 

  1. RETURN POLICY

2.1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item if you’re not fully satisfied. To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2.2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., made-to-order products).

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products).

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Items returned without prior approval or failing to meet eligibility criteria will not be accepted.

3.1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
You may request a replacement or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Delivery Delays: Your order is not delivered within 45-90 business days, depending on the shipping method.

  • Quality Issues: The product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.

3.2. Proof Required for Refunds or Exchanges
To process your refund or exchange efficiently, please provide the following:

  • A photo or video of the defect/damage, size mismatch, or incorrect item.

  • A photo of the original shipping label.

  • If available, an unboxing video for quality-related claims.

3.3. Refund and Replacement Timelines

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval and credited to your original payment method.

  • Replacements will be shipped within 7-10 business days after approval, and tracking details will be provided.

 


 

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND DISCLAIMERS

4.1. Order Information
Customers must provide accurate details and respond promptly to clarification requests. RaftelLand will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

4.2. User Errors
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for customer mistakes, such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color.

4.3. Normal Variations
Bulky or oversized items may arrive folded and could have minor creases due to packaging. These are not considered defects. To remove wrinkles, lay the product flat for 3-5 days.

 


 

  1. EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS: 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
